Alicia Ho

Alicia was admitted as a Solicitor in Hong Kong in 2023 devoting her practice and training to matrimonial law. Prior to her admission she has had 6 years of experience in handling multiple areas of matrimonial law. She advises on all aspects of family law, including divorce and separation, children and financial applications, committal applications, domestic violence relief, injunction, adoption, jurisdiction disputes, Hague Convention cases on parental child abduction, wardship proceedings, pre/post-nuptial agreement and any future family planning such as trusts, wills and probate.  Alicia recognizes the practical and emotional challenges clients encounter during what is likely one of the hardest periods of their lives, and she aims to make these difficult times as smooth and amicable as possible. Alicia has also completed the “Meeting with Children: A Child-Centred Approach” training program hosted by the International Centre for Children and Family Law.

Alicia is also the Vice-Chairman of Starfish Charitable Foundation; their mission is to serve and care for underprivileged children in Hong Kong.  Alicia has been deeply involved in spearheading their signature program at the Foundation and is motivated to bring attention to the welfare and needs of the Children in Hong Kong.  Prior to taking over the running of the Foundation, Alicia has worked closely since the founding of the Foundation to serve the orphans in China; providing medical attention and care.

Alicia would like to specially dedicate her career in continuing the spirit of her late father, Mr. Ho Chi Kuen Dennis; to always reach out a helping hand to those in need and to understand the core needs of each client.
